Prof.Will Alsop OBE RA is a prominent architect and artist who established aLL Design in 2011. He has been awarded the RIBA Stirling Prize for Peckham Library, London and the first RIBA World Award for The Sharp Centre for Design (OCAD), Toronto, amongst numerous other prestigious accolades for a multitude of projects. His work encompasses all sectors of architecture including urban design and planning. His studio practice also incorporates painting and product design.




Prof. Alex Lehnerer, an architect and urban designer, presently holds a position as assistant professor at ETH Zurich in Switzerland. He received his PhD from ETH Zurich, his March from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA), is partner of the firm Kaisersrot in Zurich, and founded the Department of Urban Speculation (DeptUS) in Chicago.For the 2014 Venice Biennale, Alex Lehnerer and Savva Ciriacidis reconstructed parts of the Kanzlerbungalow (Chancellor’s Bungalow) in Bonn – a building completed in 1964 by architect Sep Ruf, that was home to the German chancellor up until 1999.  Lehnerer’s Zurich based architectural practice Ciriacidislehnerer Architekten tries to understand Architecture as a cultural practice by relentlessly exploring urban and architectural conditions—their forms, ingredients, and rules.

Assemble are a young Design and Architecture practice based in London, whose work focuses on using design as a tool to improve social and cultural life, committed to uncovering the extraordinary opportunities that exist on the fringes of everyday life and the built environment. London collective Assemble became  the first Architecture/ Design studio to receive the prestigious Turner Prize in 2015.



Cristina Rodrigues is a Portuguese artist and architect born in Porto in 1980. The eclecticism which characterises her work can be traced back to her studies in architecture (1998), medieval and renaissance history (2004) and contemporary art (2010). The recurring use of satin ribbons, industrial fabrics and lace has been a distinguishing feature in her aesthetic narrative. Her art installations is locally inspired yet universal in meaning, and it intentionally touches the lives of all those involved in its artistic production. Cristina’s work has been admired by several hundred thousand visitors across different parts of the world, in various exhibitions in China, UK, Portugal, Brazil & Spain.

Jayne Dyer is an Australian artist, based in Lisbon, Portugal. Her interdisciplinary practice spans Australia and Asia, with an increasing focus on east and west Europe. In 2013 Dyer received the inaugural Individual Artist Award from the Australian Federal Government for arts achievements in Asia, and in 2005 a Commonwealth of Australia public service medal for contributions to arts and education. Arts agencies including Australia Council for the Arts and DFAT have funded major projects.

Madelon Vriesendorp is one of the most important living Dutch artists. Her extraordinary career spans five decades, launched when she co-founded the Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) in the early 1970s with her then husband, Rem Koolhauss. Madelon’s painting and installations have been exhibited around the world, in the Serpentine Gallery, London, Guggenheim and Max Protetch Galleries,  New York, Centre Pompidou, Paris, SAM, Basel, Stedelijk, Amsterdam, Gallery Ma, Tokyo  and Aedes, Berlin.  In 2008, Madelon had a solo show at the Architectural Association, which went on to the Venice Architectural Biennale in September.In 2009, Vriesendorp received an Honourable Fellowship from the RIBA and had an installation at the Art Biennale in Venice and the Architecture Bienalle in Rotterdam that same year.
